Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all TENN tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
